Research On The Lead In Of Non-standard Automatic Equipment In F Company

The rapid growth of China’s economy in recent years has caused the increasingly greater demand for labor force in manufacturing industry.But due to the aging of population structure in China,the young and strong labor force has been gradually reduced.As a result,the demographic dividend is disappearing.Besides,the year-on-year cost increase of existing labor and manufacturing labor has turned many enterprises’ attention to the automation field,which is an inevitable trend.To this regard,it is of great practical significance to study how to import automatic equipment into enterprises.Non-standard automation equipment,as an important part of automation equipment,plays an increasingly crucial role.Based on the current situation of non-standard automation equipment import and equipment operation data of F Company,the current situation of non-standard automation equipment import process of F Company is analyzed by means of literature research,investigation,case analysis.And problems in the key links of the import process of the non-standard automation equipment management are pointed out,including the insufficient engineering analysis,incomplete scheme evaluation,imperfect supplier management and lax equipment acceptance,from the perspective of import process and management work.Then,from the two aspects of improving process and management level,several countermeasures are proposed,such as establishing the channel of automation proposal for the company,optimizing the review link of automatic project,improving the procurement link of non-standard automation equipment,and strictly controlling the acceptance link of non-standard automation equipment with an attempt to improve the management efficiency of equipment import for F company,thus helping reduce operating costs and enhance the competitiveness of the company.Through the research on the import management of non-standard automation equipment,appropriate process and management methods are put forward in this paper,which can guide enterprises to invest limited funds in with the highest benefit,thus effectively reducing the costs of investment,use and maintenance and improving the operation efficiency of equipment.The research results of this paper provide practical reference for enterprises that need to import automation equipment.
