The wave of economic globalization has made domestic and foreign enterprises compete at same level.As a large population country,the potential of consumer demand in China is beyond any doubt.It is also a stage for all enterprises to compete.With the rapidly expanding middle class,the current situation and potential of sales are huge.All kinds of enterprises are looking for opportunities in this market.Enterprises are facing the complex market environment.The competition between enterprises whether technology,capital or management competition,ultimately it is a competition for human resource.In order to attract and retain excellent talents,make the talent always strive to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise,it is necessary to give these talents enough incentives.Among all the incentives,salary is the most direct means and the most effective guarantee.Salary management is one important part of human resources management,and the construction of salary system is the foundation of salary management.Sales work is the major component of enterprise activities.Sales department is one important operation department of the company.The quality of sales team personnel plays a key role in the company's sales.In order to strengthen the company's sales department,MC company unified the pre-sale and after-sale technical support department to the sales department for management,which highlights the importance of the sales department,eliminates barriers of communication and cooperation between internaldepartments,and ensures to provide the most convenient and high-quality services to customers.Therefore,choosing the right employees in the sales department is one important thing.The high mobility of the sales department personal has always been a problem faced by all enterprises,so that how to provide the employees of the sales department a suitable salary is an important proposition in the human resources management of enterprises.A scientific and effective salary system can effectively motivate the sales team and do a good job in motivating the sales team.It is a powerful guarantee to avoid problems such as low work efficiency and high turnover rate.Therefore,how to establish a scientific,reasonable and effective salary incentive system,effectively solve the problems of retention and motivation of sales team,encourage them to fully demonstrate their ability to work has become the key for enterprises to expand market share and improve competitiveness.This paper mainly studies the salary system of MC company's branch offcie,and through summing up,data analysis and literature review,the author makes a diagnosis of the present situation of the compensation system of the company's branch office.The results show that the fixed salary is setting basis is insufficient,the performance wage design lacks comprehensiveness,the salary growth and the company growth was mismatched,the design of allowances and benefits lacks practicability and foresight,and carries on the thorough discussion and the analysis to these questions.According to the principles of fairness,competition,motivation,timeliness,difference and strategy,combined with the relevant theories of salary incentive,the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement plan,formulates a more scientific,targeted and effective salary system,and solves the problems of the regional difference of the salary of branch office,job difference,lacking of ways to raise the salary and insufficient motivation to work.In order to ensure that the improved salary system can be recognized and successfully implemented by the leadership and staff,it is necessary to formulate corresponding supporting measures,mainly through the improvement of the company's system,strengthening communication with the staff of branch office and other aspects.In fact,the salary system is not unchanged for a long time.It needs to be adjusted according to the market and the development of enterprises.Therefore,the salary system of MC company's oversea branch sales team needs to be constantly feedback and correction to ensure that it meets the needs of enterprises and employees.
