With the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry,the cultivation of the core team,especially the backup monitors,play an important role in the strategic transformation and rapid development of enterprises.At present,with the increasingly fierce competition within the company,the original conservative talent training program has obviously been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development.For Qingdao Branch,a new factory with strict standards,it is urgent to quickly change the concept of training of and design a training program that can not only meet the strategic requirements but also improve the competency of the backup monitors.This paper takes the backup monitors of Qingdao Branch as the research object,analyzes the status of the training through questionnaires.Through the in-depth analysis of the problem,it is found that the existing training programs based on the competency model do not match the current situation of the trainees.The existing training programs do not match the personal development of employees well.The backup monitors of Qingdao Branch generally have problems of short working years and lack of work experience,and the backup monitors as the grassroots management personnel plays a very important role in the workshop.The overall rejuvenation of the team is a feature of the Qingdao branch,and at the same time it leads to problems such as the low matching degree between the curriculum and the needs.On this basis,by studying practical cases in China and abroad,this paper proposes an innovative exploration that combines the learning maps methodology with the backup monitors' training program,to create a customized training program for Qingdao branch.The optimized scheme defines the typical work tasks and the definition of best practices based on the learning-maps theory.Based on this,a new training program from training course setting to training evaluation is designed.The optimized plan will focus on the daily heavy and difficult work of the backup monitors.The course will greatly shorten the growth cycle of the backup monitors and enhance the team management ability of the backup monitors through a large number of excellent case sharing.The new program will be upgraded from six aspects: training course content setting,training method selection,training teacher matching,training schedule and training evaluation,which not only provides new solutions for the training of backup monitors,but also provides reference for Qingdao core talent training,in order to realize the company's 2025 strategy.
