With the development of global economic and trade integration,the market is constantly placing higher demands on enterprises.In this context,the matrix quality management model is derived from the practical experience of China's outstanding enterprises,and the quality management model formed by summarizing and refining is used to guide the enterprise product development and innovation management.However,as a product quality management model that is commonly used in manufacturing enterprises,its related tools and methods are not sufficiently refined.This study optimizes the three method tools in the matrix quality management mode through literature reading,business interviews,questionnaires and other methods.These tools include: quality management maturity evaluation method,quality intersection analysis method and product innovation guarantee quantitative evaluation method.Firstly,this paper studies the existing quality management maturity evaluation elements of the matrix quality management model,applies the questionnaire survey method to determine the maturity evaluation element weights,designs the quality management maturity level and score clauses,and improves the quality management maturity evaluation.Secondly,this paper summarizes the logical relationship of the quality intersection analysis method,and designs a general quality intersection analysis table including: product quality problem summary table,technical state change summary table,single point failure statistics table,test uncovered statistics table and product quality intersection statistics table.The quality intersection analysis can provide basic information and direction for the company to carry out product risk assessment and plan setting.Thirdly,this paper quantifies the evaluation content of product assurance quantitative evaluation methods through enterprise interviews,questionnaires and other methods and sets weights to form a product assurance quantitative evaluation tool.The product assurance quantitative evaluation method evaluation content includes: comprehensive management,work implementation and work results.Finally,this paper applies the optimized three product innovation quantitative evaluation tools to the enterprise to verify that the optimized matrix quality management model plays a role in the enterprise management product innovation management problem and weak links.Specifically,it includes: First,it can better help enterprises to comprehensively judge the ability of enterprise product innovation management through quality management system maturity evaluation;second,it helps enterprises to identify potential quality risks of product innovation and research through statistical analysis,and then establish a risk management to control mechanism for product innovation and research;third,it can help enterprises to evaluate their product innovation work assurance system,determine the weak links and improvement space of product innovation guarantee system,and enhance the overall ability of product innovation.
