Due to the particularity of underwater environment,the development,acceptance and technical training of underwater acoustic equipment and other links,the corresponding auxiliary test instruments are required to cooperate.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),China has been making great efforts to promote the transformation of Marine science and technology into an innovation-led type,and a variety of new underwater acoustic technology and equipment have been emerging continuously.Under this background,it is of great practical significance to develop supporting auxiliary test equipment.According to the requirements of related projects,this paper designs a set of underwater sound source system with response function that meets the technical parameters,works stably and reliably,and is convenient for users to use and maintain.The main purpose of the system at the present stage is to serve as an auxiliary sound source for testing or calibration tests of other underwater acoustic equipment under the environment of a pool.The system consists of an oversea extension and an underwater extension.The surface extensions are located close to the shore,while the underwater extensions are mounted on UUV(unmanned underwater vehicle)or other vehicles.When the system works,the aquatic extension sends out different inquiry signals through the underwater acoustic transducer to realize the control of the working state of the underwater extension.After receiving the inquiry signal,the underwater extension machine first determines what kind of instruction it is,such as the command to control the start and stop of the low-frequency sound source,the command to control the power on and off of the power amplifier unit,or the command to control the underwater acoustic transponder,etc.,and then makes corresponding actions according to the command.The main content of the paper includes the overall system design,hardware design and system software programming.According to the different functions,the hardware part mainly includes the signal conditioning unit,control unit,power amplification unit,power supply unit and so on.In the signal conditioning unit,OPA602 op-amp chip with high input impedance and low noise is selected as the preamplifier,while the gain amplifier circuit amplifies the input signal at multiple levels,and the amplification factor can be selected.The core of the control unit device for ARK-1123 industrial computer,through the RS-232 serial port connection of auxiliary control unit(MCU)to control the external structure,including the choice of gain magnification and the control of the relay set and so on,and through the operation of ARK-1123 industrial computer with a built-in sound card for signal acquisition and signal generation,industrial computer also can achieve a large amount of data storage;The power amplifier unit consists of an efficient class D audio power amplifier and a booster transformer.The software part includes the above-water extension software program and the underwater extension software program.Finally,each unit of the system has been tested,and the system as a whole has been tested many times.The correctness and reliability of the system function are verified.The underwater acoustic transponder can respond accurately.The transmitting sound source level meets the 184 dB index requirement,and the transmitting sound source level of the low-frequency sound source meets the 175 dB index requirement.The experimental results show that the underwater acoustic source system designed in this paper has reached the expected design requirements.
