Underwater acoustic responder plays a significant role in the underwater acoustic positioning system, taking the submersible vehicle application as the background, an underwater acoustic responder with the function of response and release is designed in the thesis, mainly including the design of digital hardware circuit and the development of system software. The foundation of responder's function extending is laid. The realization methods of positioning signal detection?releasing order detection?awakening signal detection are discussed specifically in the thesis. With the method of slipping correlation algorithm signal detection is completed, the arriving time of signal is estimated, time delay is transmitted and the current depth information of responder is uploaded with time delay coding method at the same time; the design that uses Benthos order coding to realize the release function is analyzed; the detection of awaken signal using the self-adaption Notch filter is studied; The feasibility of slipping correlation algorithm and self-adaption Notch filter algorithm is discussed through Matlab simulation. The responder designed in the thesis takes the OMAP-L138 as the core of the digital hardware circuit, mainly discussing the OMAP-L138 minimal hardware system?A/D acquisition circuit?on-duty circuit?power circuit?communication circuit and some other design. The development of system software mainly includes system driving module, the realization of positioning signal detection algorithm and release order detection algorithm on the OMAP-L138, the realization of awaken signal detection algorithm on the MSP430F6638,and the configuration of responder' s work state through the upper computer. At last, comprehensive test is undertaken to the designed responder. Using the signal generator to simulate positioning signal ? releasing order signal?awaken signal, the functions of responding? releasing and working on duty are tested. Through the system test, it is verified that the responder designed in the thesis can complete the task signal detection in real time and meet the expected function demand.
