Study And Evaluation On Integrated Management And Its Performance Of Construction Projects

With the rapid development of national economy,the management of construction projects has greatly been increased.However,there is a wide gap while comparing with the advanced international level,especially in the integrated management of construction projects(IMCP).IMCP is comprehensive and in the overall situation of management,which is concerned with construction period,costs,quality,human resources,energy conservation and environmental protection and so on.Presently, construction project management is mainly focused on the analysis of the individual element and lacks of systematic analysis.Therefore,it is of very important significance, whatever in theory or in practice,to evaluate IMCP and its performance.Firstly,the current status of domestic and foreign construction projects and integration management,and the problems existed in IMCP are analyzed.Secondly,according to the contents,features,system integrated structure and evaluation methods,the basic theory of studying and evaluating IMCP and its performance is the main factor affecting IMCP.Thirdly,from the contents,features,structure framework and principles of IMCP and its performance indexes,the necessity of IMCP and its performance is discussed. On the basis of survey and design on IMCP situation,the basic indexes set of IMCP and its performance is initially constructed and established.After that,the basic theory of information entropy and neural networks are stated and the traditional theory and improved algorithm of BP neural network are updated and given.Finally,based on the IMCP evaluation system of construction projects and the investigation and analysis of large and medium-sized construction projects in Handan, Xingtai and other areas,the IMCP index system is simplified using information entropy, from which the IMCP index system in line with the actual construction projects in enterprises is established.And then,the improved BP neural network model,the IMCP is comprehensively evaluated,which proves that the method is feasible and effective and provides a new method to evaluate IMCP and its performance.
