In recent years,with the continuous development of logistics industry and a series of policies to support the promulgation of logistics industry,people have paid more and more attention to the role played by logistics park.In 2017,China put forward the <Three-year Action Plan to Win the Battle of the Blue Sky>,which states that most of the goods will be converted from road transport to railway transport in order to reduce urban pollution in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanxi,Shandong,Henan and other provinces and cities.Meanwhile,the construction of railway logistics park and the implementation of multimodal transport are imperative.Therefore,it is of great significance to use the scientific method from the macroscopic point of view to study the planning and layout of railway logistics park,reduce blind construction and realize the maximum function of logistics park.Based on the theory of Logistics park and railway Logistics Park and the layout theory of related Logistics park,this paper takes Shanxi province as an example to plan the macroscopic layout of its 11 prefecture-level cities,and studies from the following aspects: firstly,it introduces the connotation,function and classification of Logistics park,and then leads to the connotation of railway Logistics park,This paper analyzes the characteristics of railway Logistics Park,compares and analyzes with General Logistics park and railway freight yard,and embodies the advantages of railway Logistics Park.Secondly,it introduces the main contents,layout principles and research purposes of railway Logistics Park planning,designs the planning model of railway Logistics park,and introduces two aspects from macroscopic planning and internal planning.Then this paper introduces the meaning,related concepts and concrete methods of fuzzy clustering algorithm,introduces the steps of analyzing clustering in railway Logistics park,and finally establishes a mathematical model for the research object of 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi province,and uses the Transitive closure method to solve the data from the 2017 and the 2015 and the results obtained from the 2016 data are compared with the actual situation,and a scientific and reasonable logistics park planning is obtained.Based on the fuzzy clustering algorithm,this paper makes a planning study on railway Logistics Park,which provides a theoretical basis for the planning of Railway Logistics park in Shanxi Province in the future,and also provides a reference for the planning of Railway Logistics park in other provinces.
