Railway logistics park is the main carrier to undertake the transformation of modern railway logistics.The operation efficiency of the park system is directly related to the implementation of the promotion and deployment of railway logistics transformation.The railway transport enterprise needs further transformation of the mode of development and actively undertake comprehensive transportation system division of function,give play to the role of traffic network boot,further enhance to logistics system operation efficiency of logistics park as the center node,this is not only the "supply side"structural necessary for the reform of national strategic,and in response to excess capacity in the process of development,traffic volume should take the necessary measures.This paper mainly studies the "dual network" of modern logistics system construction in zhongding logistics park:"1+3+13+300N" as the framework of "ground network" and "tianwang platform" as the core.Through a lot of literature research,field research and work practice content,the represented by ding logistics park in the transformation of railway logistics operating model and the optimization of concrete contents were studied and discussed,mainly has carried on the research on the following several aspects:(1)the foreign railway logistics development mode in developed countries and domestic experience of development of modern logistics research,analysis of the beneficial reference of domestic railway logistics transformation,transformation of railway logistics,logistics park operation is analyzed on the three models to evaluate and compare,then establish the "multimodal transport" as the core,build comprehensive transportation system under the direction of the subject of the railway logistics parks.(2)through the development and change of social dynamics and railway logistics development in recent years,analysis,from the social transformation,rail road network scale,the total change and urbanization development several Angle analysis the necessity and feasibility of transformation of railway logistics,build the basis of the development of logistics park.(3)through hierarchy analysis and evaluation model of railway logistics transformation to select the optimal model,establish the advantage of backbone networks,realize social transportation resources effectively integrate logistics development model transformation.(4)to ding logistics park in modern logistics system research "double network construction content analysis,establish the SWOT matrix,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats from four aspects to analyze its advantages and further improvement direction.(5)from the backbone transport network layout,the two ends served,informationization construction of the system optimization and talent construction perspective to build "multimodal transport" ability as the core of optimizing adjustment,further release of railway in comprehensive transport network system capacity and leading role.And according to the characteristics of The Times and technological development capacity of value-added service capacity building measures.Through the above measures,the construction of a geared to the needs of the market,give play to the role of railway dominated,provide multimodal transport as the core functions of ecological supply chain service platform,the implementation of the tripod with two handles logistics park operation elements of high efficiency,low cost configuration.
