Logistics park is product of the development of logistics industry,significant for social economic.As an important component of the social logistics,the construction of railway logistics park has positive significance for transformation and upgrading of railway freight and the great development of china’s logistics industry.So scientific and rational planning is the key point to the park’s function.Based on related theories research,considering the background of the Gerry ping park,this paper studies follow:First of all，the paper defined the concept of the logistics park,summarizes the types and the function,discuss the necessity of the construction,studies the characteristics by comparing with general logistics park.Secondly,this paper expounds the Gerry ping overall background conditions,the necessity,analysis the characteristics of the logistics park.Using grey prediction methods,combining with the parameter method,make predictions about the demand of logistics of the Gerry ping park in next decade.Again,combining characteristics of Gerry ping park,overall planning scheme is proposed:①Based on Panzhihua industrial characteristics and advantages,put forward the strategic positioning of Gerry ping logistics park,business orientation,market orientation,function orientation;②Combined with the principle of logistics park location,it gives the specific location decision;③Combined with Gerry plateau railway park location and geographical characteristics,design the layout and function partition;④Put forward information platform planning and construction scheme,including platform objectives,framework design,main function,technical architecture,etc.Finally,through the analysis of the main four kinds of investment mode of logistics park，combined with analysis of Gerry ping area actual situation,put forward the suitable investment mode;Through analysis the main logistics park management mode,put forward the suitable management mode;Combined with the reality,design the profit model according to the stage of the park.In summary,based on the theory,combining with the characteristics of logistics park and location,puts forward the logistics park " one axis,two base,ten big functions" space layout planning,as well as the investment mode,management mode and profit mode for the actual situation of the Gerry ping railway logistics park.It has a certain reference value to the similar.
