Frame circuit breaker is one of the most important electrical equipment inurban low-voltage distribution network and has a significant impact on the reliable operation of the entire distribution network system.In view of the importance of frame circuit breakers in the entire power network,keep abreast of the dynamic characteristics of the frame circuit breakers whether it is for the electrical equipment manufacturers product development and improvement or maintenance for the grid company are crucial.Electrical dynamic characteristics commonly used high-speed video camera for image capture,and the image processing need to be analyzed and processed by using Matlab or Image-Pro Plus software.The overall inefficiency takes a long time and can not meet the requirements of rapid and accurate detection.In order to overcome the limitation of traditional detection methods,this paper proposes a dynamic characteristic test system for the development of frame circuit breakers.The objective is to measure the dynamic characteristics of the low-voltage frame circuit breakers quickly and accurately.The emphasis is placed on the research of contact displacement identification algorithms and operating mechanisms based on image processing and rotary shaft rotation angle detection.Mainly completed the following research:1?Development frame circuit breaker dynamic characteristics test hardware devices,including the host and the operating mechanism shaft angle measurement sensor,detailed description of the various parts of the device circuit functions and the preparation of the relevant procedures.The test device can collect the control coil voltage?current?rotation angle of the operating mechanism shaft during the closing and opening of the circuit breaker and carry out data communication with the host computer software through the USB interface.2?Development of computer software including image processing and communication control.For the image processing part,in view of the problem of inefficiency of traditional processing methods,the image feature detection algorithm is studied in depth,the fast and efficient C ++ programming language is proposed with the OpenCV library is used to make the relevant program code to detect the feature points quickly.According to the need to write the communication control code to achieve in the computer-side hardware device-related operations about the communication part.3?The dynamic characteristic test system of frame circuit breaker was set up in the laboratory and the relevant parameters of circuit breaker during closing and opening were obtained through experiments.After comparison of the data and image processing time,it was verified that the test system has the advantages of fast image processing and effective measurement results.
