When the system of electrical apparatus or electrical appliances is normal, miniature circuit breakers should make contacts reliably, its release shouldn't act incorrectly. So it is significant to study the reliability of miniature circuit breakers. To study the reliability of miniature circuit breakers, except for studying the reliability index and test scheme, it is important to study the reliability test device carry through reliability index. If we do like that, the study of reliability of miniature circuit breakers could become true, and this could give the miniature circuit breakers'company a means of improving the reliability of miniature circuit breakers and boosting up the competition of miniature circuit breakers.Based on the theory research of reliability test of miniature circuit breakers, according to the function and precision demand of the reliability test, the paper accomplishes the hardware design and the software design, at last it analyses the error of the test device.On the base of the research of reliability test device of miniature circuit breakers which has been researched by electric apparatus institute of Hebei university of Technology, the paper researches the reliability test device of miniature circuit breakers. The device is controlled by industrial computer. It can realize the reliability test of miniature circuit breakers and be controlled by server to realize remote control. The test device reduces the workload of experimentalist and realizes the automation. The device is controlled by server to fit the development of current network, this thing has practical meaning.
