Research On Construction Efficiency Of Dezhou City Based On DEA Method

After China's economic development has entered a new normal,the growth mode has changed from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth,which has greatly affected the earlier market-oriented construction industry.How to get rid of the predicament and achieve a new round of development is a new task for construction enterprises at present and in the future.Faced with the new normal economic development,Dezhou construction industry should seize the opportunity and deepen the reform of "release control clothing" in construction industry.It is necessary to analyze the total scale,quality,efficiency and efficiency,development potential and brand value of the whole city's construction industry.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze and study the efficiency of the construction industry.This paper mainly studies and analyses the technical efficiency of construction industry in Dezhou City.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the efficiency of domestic and foreign construction industry,this paper introduces the concept of efficiency of construction industry,the connotation of evaluation and commonly used efficiency evaluation methods,as well as the basic concepts and models of DEA method.Secondly,from the statistical yearbook of the construction industry of Dezhou City,the construction industry input-output data of nearly 10 years are calculated and compared.Through the analysis of the data difference of each county and city,we can grasp the input-output scale of the construction industry in Dezhou as a whole and macroscopically.The DEA method is applied to analyze the technical efficiency of construction industry in Shandong Province and Dezhou City,and the time dimension of Dezhou City's own technical efficiency is analyzed vertically.Thirdly,it makes a longitudinal analysis of the technical efficiency of the construction industry in the counties and municipalities of Dezhou.Through the horizontal and vertical comparison,the efficiency calculation results of Dezhou City are compared.Finally,combined with the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the efficiency of construction industry in Dezhou City.
