Research On The Layout Of Road Freight Hub In Dezhou

Dezhou City is located in the northwest of Shandong province and theintersection area of the connecting belt of North China & East China and theeconomic Development Zone of Bohai Economic Rim and the Yellow River Delta.Dezhou City occupies advantages in both coastal and inland area and is an importanttransport hub in East China and North China. It is known as“the thoroughfare topilgrim”and“the capital portal”from ancient times. With the development ofeconomic society and road freight transportation in Dezhou City, the constructionand operation of the road freight transport hub station gradually shows deficiencies,illustrating the necessity of improving layout planning.This thesis takes road freight hub layout of Dezhou City as the research object.Based on the analysis of domestic and international research on freight hubs, thethesis elaborates the problems of layout of road freight hubs of Dezhou City,combining with the present development situation of social economy, transportation,logistics and freight station. Through the analysis of the development trend of thesocial economy, transportation, modern logistics as well as market demand andfunction positioning of road freight hubs of Dezhou city, this thesis respectively useselastic coefficient method, time series method, linear regression method,combination forecast method in road freight demand undertook forecast and plansfuture work of cargo hubs. At the same time, the thesis analyses influencing factorson layout, puts forward the layout of road freight station, and does thecomprehensive evaluation from the structure, scale, adaptability and other aspects inthe end.The thesis aims at making full use of Dezhou’s geographical advantages andcharacteristics of local economy, promoting the development of modern logistics inDezhou and providing a theoretical reference for the logistics infrastructure planningfor road transport through the layout of road freight hub of Dezhou City.
