Research On The Efficiency And Influence Factor Of Construction Industry In Anhui Province

China’s economy has continued to increase since the reform and opening up.And the construction industry has made a significant contribution to the national economic development.Although recent years China’s construction industry is developing rapidly,its output value has a small growth rate,labor production level is low,and the regional development is uneven and so on.Therefore,By the analysis on the production efficiency of the construction industry to the development of the construction has important practical significance and theoretical value.From the perspective of the construction industry in various cities in Anhui Province,this paper studies the current situation production efficiency of the construction industry and the influencing factors restricting production efficiency in 16 cities of Anhui Province from 2013 to 2018.Given the consideration of research results,the proposes have been recommended for the sustainable development of construction industry in Anhui Province.The DEA model will be first used for the static analysis in this paper,through technical efficiency analysis,pure technical efficiency analysis and scale efficiency analysis,the difference in construction efficiency of 16 cities is compared horizontally and vertically.Then,the Malmquist index will be used to conduct a dynamic study on the efficiency of the construction industry in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2018.In the dynamic development situation,it is found that technological development promotes the total factor productivity of Anhui Province.Finally,the paper uses a multiple regression model to analyze the factors that restrict the efficiency of the construction industry.The total factor productivity of the construction industry in Anhui Province has grown slowly in the past six years,but it was less than 1 in 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.There was an inflection point from 2016 to 2017.Through analysis,it is found that Malmquist’s total factor productivity has increased rapidly due to technological progress.For seeking a sustainable and stable impact factor that promotes the growth of production efficiency of the construction industry in Anhui Province.Using STATA software for regression analysis,from the two aspects of "internal factors" and"external factors",the paper will select the factors that affect the total factor productivity of the construction industry in Anhui Province.By using the panel data for regression analysis,the research results show that technological progress promotes the development of total factor productivity,and the investment in machinery and management promotes play active role in total factor productivity.The regression coefficients of material input,asset input and human resource input are negative,having a restraining effect.This paper is aimed to provide formulate scientific and reasonable methods that improve the construction efficiency in Anhui Province for relevant government management departments.Figure[9]table[14]reference[81]...
