Research On The Construction Of Smart Eco-city

As an important achievement of human civilization,city is an important carrier of people's economic,political and cultural life.The rapid development of cities not only brings people great material wealth,but also presents many practical problems,such as environmental pollution,poor transportation,housing difficulties,shortage of public service facilities,and disappearance of historical and cultural characteristics of cities.It seriously restricts the construction of ecological civilization and the healthy development of cities.In order to deal with these problems in an ecological and intelligent way,various regions in China have actively engaged in the construction of eco-cities and smart cities.From the current construction status of domestic cities in China,ecological city emphasizes the construction of urban environment and emphasizes that human survival and development should be coordinated with nature,but it lacks the important supporting role of intelligent technology in urban planning.However,smart cities excessively rely on intellectual technology and overestimate its role,expecting to achieve the harmonious coexistence between human and nature by relying on technology repair.It follows that both smart cities and ecological cities have their own defects and deficiencies.The key to improve the quality of urban life and promote sustainable urban development roots in the integration of high-tech and green development concepts,therefore,the construction concept of smart ecological city is put forward.This paper sorts out the main types of modern urban development models,analyzes the specific problems in the construction process of ecological city and smart city,studies the definition,connotation,elements and objectives of smart ecological city and discusses the theoretical basis and dynamic mechanism of building smart ecological city.At the same time,the construction experience of smart ecological city at home and abroad is used to explicit the advantages and problems in the construction of smart ecological city of Suzhou and put forward relevant practical suggestions,which will help improve the construction theory of smart ecological city and provide theoretical basis and reference for other cities to build smart ecological city.
