Evaluation Of Landscape Quality Of Community Parks

People’s demand for environmental quality is becoming more and more urgent with the improvement of material life and urban modernization level.Community park,as a type of green space closest to residents in urban park green space,not only maintains the urban ecological environment,beautifies the urban image,but also provides a site for disaster prevention and avoidance.Also bear the provide residents with social interaction,the physical exercise,recreational place responsibility,thus to evaluate the quality of community park landscape is helpful to raise the scientific nature of the park design,management and promotion,to improve the service quality of the park and recreation of user experience,the design of this kind of park green space,also has guiding significance to the construction and development.Firstly,the landscape quality evaluation system of community parks is established from the perspective of experts by using Analytic Hierarchy Process.The first step is to take the community park landscape quality evaluation as the target layer,the objective configuration and subjective feelings as the criterion layer,the natural ecology,park management,recreation space and other 6 indicators as the sub-criterion layer,the air quality,water quality,vegetation and other 18 indicators as the object layer.The second step is to consult the professional opinions of relevant experts in landscape architecture and score the evaluation indexes with the improved scaling method.Then,the scores of experts are summarized and calculated to finally determine the specific weight of each evaluation index in the evaluation system.Secondly,choose to use the Post Occupancy Evaluation,from the user’s point of view on the community park research and analysis.The first step is to investigate the real use of community parks and the real needs of users for the park as the goal,combined with the evaluation index system in the analytic hierarchy process to build the evaluation index set;The second step,the choice of observation,interview,questionnaire survey methods combined way,the quality evaluation of community park landscape,among them,the specific content of the satisfaction in the questionnaire needs to be set according to the evaluation index set,after the collection of user satisfaction evaluation data,using the Likert scale to quantify,to get the specific data of each evaluation index.Again,combined the AHP and POE after use,create a complete community park landscape quality evaluation model,then use this model for three typical communities in Nanjing park landscape quality assessment,Zhenghe Park,Nanhu park and Hexi Central Park,in order to check the scientific rationality of the model.The results show that: Nanhu Park(80.22)> Zhenghe Park(77.68)> Hexi Central Park(76.18),the landscape quality evaluation scores of the three sample community parks are very high,the satisfaction of the users to the park is good,the evaluation results are consistent with the actual investigation,indicating that the evaluation model is scientific,reasonable and feasible.Finally,based on the evaluation results and the prominent advantages of the sample parks,several countermeasures and suggestions are summarized :(1)beautify the natural ecological environment;(2)enrich the leisure space;(3)strengthen the characteristic cultural atmosphere;(4)improve the public management of the park.
