Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Protection Untilization Strategy Of Urban Industrial Heritage Under The Background Of Stock Planning

With the advent of the era of stock planning,cities use the scale effect produced by incremental development to feed down the stock space and exert its benefits,which conforms to the current trend of social development.Urban industrial heritage is a relic of urban industry with specific value,and it is also a priority object of stock activation.Different from the general area of urban renewal and space quality improvement,for the stock industrial zone,we should give full play to the value of industrial heritage at the material and non-material levels,as far as possible to achieve the protection and use of industrial heritage.Taking the existing industrial heritage in Hefei City as an example,there are several core problems at present,one is that the strong capital is involved in urban renewal and redevelopment,which leads to the destruction or overexploitation of industrial heritage,and second,the lack of systematic protection,utilization and system design of urban industrial heritage,the lack of industrial heritage quantity,distribution and value are basically combed,The protection and utilization of industrial heritage can not be implemented;third,the Industrial heritage protection and utilization process presents a scattered point,bottom-up characteristics,such protection structure is difficult to support the city’s large number of industrial heritage protection and utilization.So it is necessary to stand in the perspective of urban macroscopic,meso,overall urban industrial heritage value identification and evaluation,Protect and utilize countermeasures,integrate industrial heritage resources,and give full play to the multiple values of urban industrial heritage.Therefore,this paper discusses the key problems in the protection and utilization of urban industrial heritage under the background of stock planning,This research can be divided into two parts: comprehensive value assessment and protection utilization strategy.This paper first introduces the research background,framework and so on,summarizes the relevant basic theories involved in the research,probes into the development trend of urban industrial heritage driven by stock renewal,and constructs the comprehensive evaluation system of urban industrial heritage under the background of stock planning,combined with the investigation of Hefei City Industrial Heritage,Then selects the existing typical urban industrial heritage in Hefei,analyzes the present situation of Hefei industrial heritage,combs the present situation of the protection and utilization of urban industrial heritage in Hefei,further summarizes the restricting factors of the protection and utilization of urban industrial heritage under the background of stock planning,and finally puts forward the relevant protection and utilization strategies of urban industrial heritage under the background of stock planning.The main innovation point of this paper lies in the combination of the background of stock planning,thinking about the influence of external factors in the protection and utilization of industrial heritage,and puts forward that the polarization effect of high contacts in urban industrial heritage and the spillover effect of low contacts and the valueadded strategy of urban industrial heritage should be paid attention to in the context of stock planning.
