Integrated Protection And Utilization Of Port Industrial Heritage In Dagang District Of Qingdao Based On Heritage Corridor Concept

With the gradual acceleration of urbanization,more and more industrial structures have been abandoned or discontinued due to their function degradation or lack of productivity.The activation and renewal of industrial structures has become one of the important links of urban development in the new period.As a coastal city in eastern China,Qingdao has abundant Marine resources and convenient transportation conditions.It is an important hub city integrating economy,culture,transportation and tourism.The port is an important landmark in the development of Qingdao,and the promotion of urbanization also promotes the activation and renewal of port industrial heritage.According to the requirements of Qingdao’s latest master plan of "protecting the industrial heritage belt distributed along jiaojia-Jinan Railway and protecting the overall landscape pattern of the city",dagang and Xiaogang streets of Qingdao are selected as the research scope,and the industrial heritage in Dagang district of Qingdao is taken as the research object.Combined with the current status of port industrial heritage survey,and aiming at the current problems of "fragmentation of heritage protection","insufficient features of industrial landscape",and "unclear industrial theme",and drawing lessons from the holistic protection concept of "heritage corridor",the value evaluation and construction of various types of port industrial heritage resources are carried out.To realize the effective preservation of port industrial heritage resources and the continuation of industrial landscape.The thesis mainly includes the following aspects:In the first part,questions are raised and the background,basic concepts and research methods are described.This paper sorts out the historical evolution of Qingdao port in each period since its construction and summarizes the current protection status and difficulties of port industrial remains combined with field investigation,paving the way for the introduction of the concept of post-textual heritage corridor.The second part,"heritage corridor" concept reference.Through the elaboration of the connotation of heritage corridor and the research and analysis at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the important role and significance of "heritage corridor" in the protection of port industrial heritage,and puts forward the "corridor type" protection of port industrial heritage.The third part,corridor construction and protection and utilization measures.The framework of port industrial heritage corridor construction is proposed,and the research method of AHP-GIS is introduced.The corridor construction of port industrial heritage is carried out through "industrial heritage registration-heritage resource value evaluation-Corridor pattern construction-tour path planning-tour theme endowing".On this basis,three levels of corridor connection of "micro-meso-macro" are proposed in order to achieve the activation and renewal of port industrial heritage and provide new ideas for the protection of port industrial heritage.
