In recent years,the operation mileage of high-speed railway in China has been increasing,and the scale of passenger transport equipment has been expanding.The wide application of a large number of new technologies and new equipment greatly improves the service quality and automation of station customer service.However,the continuous expansion of passenger transport equipment,resulting in the complexity and relevance of equipment system increases,and sometimes a small fault will lead to chain reaction,resulting in the paralysis of the whole equipment and even the passenger transport operation related to the equipment,resulting in adverse social impact.Therefore,it is urgent to build intelligent operation and maintenance platform for passenger station equipment,apply new generation technologies such as big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and CPS to the passenger station equipment operation and maintenance system,so as to better guarantee its safe and efficient operation and maintain the passenger service quality and public image of railway.This paper first analyzes the research status of equipment operation and maintenance technology at home and abroad,and puts forward the construction goal of station equipment operation and maintenance platform.The current situation of passenger station equipment operation and maintenance is investigated,and the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of passenger station equipment are sorted out.Then,based on the problem-oriented method,the paper analyzes the construction requirements of intelligent operation and maintenance platform of passenger station equipment,including user demand analysis,business process analysis,function demand analysis,network demand analysis and security demand analysis.According to the requirements of demand analysis,this paper designs the overall architecture,network architecture,data architecture,technical architecture,functional architecture and security scheme of intelligent operation and maintenance platform.It is clear that the intelligent operation and maintenance platform includes three core business modules: equipment operation management,equipment maintenance management and equipment energy consumption management,including three auxiliary functions: visual data display,AI service and unified user management Module,a total of 6 functional modules.According to the results of platform design,the key technologies are studied,and the functions of key technologies such as Internet of things,kmeans algorithm,CPS technology,big data technology,GIS technology,cloud computing and microservice are studied.Finally,the main functions of intelligent operation and maintenance platform are tested and verified.
