Under the background of national development,State Grid has put forward the strategic goal of "three types and two networks,world first class" in the new era.State Grid strives to build smart grid and ubiquitous power Internet of things with UHV grid as the backbone.The large-scale construction of UHV power grid becomes the inevitable trend of future development.SD Province,as the hub of many UHV projects,is facing the risk of rapid increase in the load-bearing scale of UHV substation in a short period of time.SD electric power company is facing a huge challenge.However,the " Three Intensifications and Five Systems " system of State Grid and the reform of state power system all restrict the cost output of the company.The company must innovate the management mode to achieve the purpose of enterprise boundary control and cost management,and realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the company.On the basis of fully understanding the strategic objectives of the company's development in the new era,this paper deeply analyzes the internal and external environmental pressure of the company,and points out the essence of the problem that the traditional management mode cannot adapt to the development trend of the company at the stage.According to the development status of the company,this paper creatively defines the integrated management mode of operation and maintenance,and provides sufficient theoretical basis to demonstrate the inevitable trend of the development of the company's management mode to the integration of operation and maintenance in the current historical stage.Then this paper reviews the development process of the traditional management mode of the company,analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the derivative development of the operation and maintenance integration mode,and lays a solid foundation for the derivative development of the operation and maintenance integration mode.At the same time,in order to realize the effectiveimplementation of the integrated mode of operation and maintenance,an integrated implementation system of operation and maintenance is established,and the advantages of the design system are demonstrated by refining the internal structure to enrich the connotation of the system and investigating the implementation status of the integrated mode of operation and maintenance.Then,this paper keenly perceives the malpractice in the development of management mode at this stage,and provides a new way to optimize management mode by relying on spontaneous order.Through the design of questionnaire,mining and summarizing the existing problems,and analyzing the underlying causes.Then,this paper puts forward the optimization principle of the existing problems,adheres to the problem orientation,puts forward the optimization strategy for the problems exposed in the implementation process of the operation and maintenance integration,and preliminarily demonstrates the effective improvement of the operation and maintenance integration management mode after the implementation of the optimization strategy.Finally,the article starts with the safeguard measures,expounds the feasibility of the implementation of the optimization strategy,and further clarifies the inevitable trend of the development of the integrated management mode of transportation and inspection.
