Research And Implementation Of Remote Operation And Maintenance System Of Packaging Machine

After the packaging machine manufacturer sells the packaging machine to all parts of the world,when the packaging machine breaks down,the problem cannot be solved through telephone communication.The manufacturer needs to send engineers to the site for maintenance,which brings huge costs to the packaging machine manufacturer and equipment users.Aiming at the problems of high cost of after-sales maintenance and lack of remote maintenance means of packaging machine,This paper presents the system design scheme of remote monitoring fault diagnosis and remote operation and maintenance function of packaging machine.After the actual data communication test and remote maintenance test,the system can better achive the remote monitoring of packaging machine and the debugging and maintenance of field control system,and better solve the packaging machine manufacturers' current problems.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This article analyzes the operation and maintenance requirements of the packaging machine manufacturer,take SGA30 packaging machine as an example to determine the network structure scheme of the system.Divide the entire operation and maintenance system framework into three levels based on geographic location and function.The hardware composition of each level and the function of each module are designed,and the data flow of the system is planned.(2)Design the software platform of SCADA system on the packaging machine,mainly including the configuration of data acquisition system,the configuration of status monitoring screen,the design and implementation of fault and event alarm functions,the design and implementation of authority management and other functions.(3)Establish a relational database for the data acquisition system,take SQL Server 2008 database as the fault database of the system,and design the connection of data sources,data dump mode and dump data Tab structure.The operation and maintenance personnel can locate and analyze the failure through remote access to the database.(4)Realize the networking and test connection of LAN in different places through VPN technology,configure monitoring screen for remote monitoring server,and realize system update,upgrade and maintenance by remote deployment of configuration data such as SCADA node,HMI node and configuration screen through operation and maintenance server.The field controller of the packaging machine is equipped with remote communication terminal equipment.After setting the parameters of the terminal equipment,proceeding the communication test.The test results prove that the remote debugging and program downloading of the PLC controller can be realized safely and stably.
