Comparing with ordinary buildings,earthquake ruin buildings are faced with a series of problems such as high construction difficulties,complicated construction environment,incomplete drawing information and poor geological conditions in the protective reinforcement.The risk is concealed and uncertain in the construction process,the dynamic changes of risk and the traditional risk management method no longer meets the rapid and comprehensive risk identification and scientific and effective risk prevention and control requirements of the site building,so it is difficult to reduce the occurrence of security incidents.The rapid development of BIM technology,its high visualization and construction simulation have been widely used in new engineering fields.In order to promote the application of BIM in the construction of ruins,taking the site construction as the research object,Combing the building information model(BIM)with the site construction,and Proposing the BIM technology and the traditional method for the risk of the site construction.The combination of risk management methods and Appling engineering cases to achieve good application results.The main research results are as follows:(1)In view of the high-incidence and multi-frequency characteristics of general engineering safety accidents,Throughing the field investigation and related literature review of the site damage,Summarizing the construction characteristics and difficulties of the site construction: high construct difficulties,complicated construction environment,high construction risk and much construction requirements,Analyzing the occurrence mechanism and risk characteristics of the construction risk of the site.Putting forward the necessity of the risk management research of the site construction,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent risk management.(2)Basing on the relevant characteristics and engineering specificity of the above-mentioned site construction,Applying traditional risk management to a series of work such as risk identification,estimation,evaluation and control,Throughing the preliminary risk identification results,Adopting qualitative “conditional risk assessment method” and quantitative “fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method” to comprehensive risk evaluation,Calculating the probability and risk degree of different levels of risk occurrence,and Coming up with a brief risk control measures,Providing a theoretical basis for the rapid evaluation and protection of the building risks after the earthquake.(3)In view of the disadvantages of traditional methods in the risk management of site construction,Basing on the application value of BIM related technology,Conducting the necessity and feasibility of BIM technology in the risk management of site construction,proposing the specific application process of BIM technology in the risk management of site construction :Including risk management methods for site models,the optimization process of technology,safety and cost risk,Provide technical reference for BIM technology in risk management research in subsequent practical projects.(4)Taking “Beichuan primary school teaching building site” of Beichuan county as an actual case,Combing with BIM virtual construction technology,collision detection technology and BIM VR technology,Throughing the whole process simulation and conflict collision analysis of 3D visualization construction of the site,According to its possible probability occurrence and risk severity,Conducting pre-prevention of construction risks,monitoring during the event,and supervision of the whole process after the event,Realizing the optimization and improvement of technical risks,safety risks and cost risks in the construction of the site,and Obtaining obvious application effects,reducing the occurrence of insecurity.The rapid development of modern information technology provides a powerful technical means for risk management of site construction process,and providing a new technical path and theoretical reference for improving the safety of site construction and reducing the safety risks of personnel and structure.
