Research On The Renewal Strategy Of Industrial Relics Of Hanguang Machinery Factory In Handan City

Since the 1990 s,China has accelerated the adjustment of its economic structure and industrial structure,encouraged the secondary industry to withdraw from the urban areas,and vacated the original industrial land to develop the tertiary industry.So far,many cities are facing the problem of upgrading and reusing industrial relics.At the same time,the communities surrounding the original industrial land often face community problems such as lack of public activities,insufficient parking spaces,and inefficient community medical services due to the long construction time.Although there are many models for the renovation and reconstruction of urban industrial relics,there are few models that can benefit the surrounding communities.This article focuses on how to revitalize urban industrial relics while benefiting the surrounding community.This paper mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey and field visits to investigate and analyze the current situation of the former site and surrounding communities of Hanguang Machinery Factory.Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the location traffic,functional layout and status of building utilization of the former site of Hanguang Machinery Factory,and draws the conditions for the spatial layout and building suitability of the former site.Secondly,it analyzes the current problems of community services and the needs of residents for upgrading and renovating service functions through field visits and questionnaires.The paper concludes with a study on the community renewal strategy of Hanguang Machinery Factory.First of all,we must clarify the positioning objectives of the community-based renewal of Hanguang Machinery Factory,and carry out macro analysis from the aspects of overall planning,residents’ participation enthusiasm,residents’ needs and near-term and long-term planning.Secondly,specific strategic suggestions are proposed from the aspects of site planning and design,building unit reuse design,infrastructure construction and renewal coordination mechanism.
