Research On The Evaluation Of The Effect Of Industrial Heritage Reconstruction Under The Background Of Urban Renewal

Since the introduction of the idea of urban renewal into my country in the 1990 s,it has gone through the stage of transformation led by private enterprises,the stage of market participation and transformation led by the government’s macro guidance,and the current stage of comprehensive promotion and organic renewal.With the gradual advancement of urban renewal work,the adjustment,transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure has been gradually accelerated.Under the policy environment of“retreating from two to three‖,the secondary industry represented by industry is gradually transforming to the tertiary industry.The abandoned production sites and production equipment have gradually evolved into "industrial heritage".As a part of historical and cultural heritage,industrial heritage has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.The attitude towards industrial heritage transformation has gradually evolved from the original overthrow to the protective reuse level.At this stage,my country’s transformation of industrial heritage is relatively limited,and it is easy to cause the loss of the inherent value of industrial heritage in the transformation process.It is necessary to establish a scientific industrial heritage transformation effect evaluation mechanism to guide the transformation of industrial heritage.At present,there are few studies on the evaluation of the effects of industrial heritage renovation in my country.More scholars focus on the value analysis before the renovation and ignore the follow-up analysis of the effects after the renovation.The existing research rarely involves the subjective evaluation of users,and the data collection method of the research Questionnaire surveys are often used,and the data collection mode of the questionnaire survey is a sentimental collection mode,and respondents are prone to judgment bias in the process of filling in data.With the rapid development of social media and the Internet,users are more inclined to use original content to post subjective evaluations through various online platforms.Therefore,various online platforms and social media are becoming new sources of user evaluation data collection.Due to the openness of the Internet,the data collection in this mode is non-sense,which is closer to the user’s real experience.This article takes industrial heritage as the research object,based on post-use evaluation theory,building recycling theory,and built environment subjective evaluation theory,and defines "urban renewal" and "industrial heritage" by sorting out related content such as urban renewal and industrial heritage.The concept of "",using the literature research method,summarized the value system of industrial heritage,and explained in detail the mechanism of industrial heritage reconstruction and the influencing factors of the reconstruction effect,and initially realized the construction of a theoretical framework for the evaluation of industrial heritage reconstruction effect.On the basis of this theoretical framework,the idea of evaluating the effects of industrial heritage reconstruction based on user perception is proposed,and the content of the evaluation and the source of the evaluation data are defined.Based on the evaluation idea,the evaluation object is clarified,and the evaluation principle is proposed.Summarized the characteristics of evaluation,established evaluation indicators,elaborated the evaluation ideas,data processing process,and index calculation process based on natural language processing technology and user original content,and then realized the establishment of the evaluation model.The evaluation model established was used to evaluate the transformation effect of a military industrial town.Based on the index results,the transformation effect of the project was analyzed,and it was concluded that the perception and expression of inherent value needs to be improved,and the realization gap of each element is relatively large.It concludes that the value perception of large and green landscape exceeds expectations,and the use value chooses the traditional conclusion.It also proposes to strengthen the analysis of inherent value,adopt the transformation model of comprehensive industrial integration,adapt to environmental protection,innovate interactive mechanisms,and improve the security system.
