The innovation process,supply chain process and customer process in the internal process of an enterprise determine to a great extent whether the enterprise can gain a place in the fierce market competition.The supply chain process runs through the whole process of enterprise management,and is a key link for enterprises to cope with the fierce market competition.Supply chain management process involves market demand,plan generation,material procurement,production and manufacturing,warehousing and logistics of all aspects of the analysis,each link of the short board will become the constraints of the improvement of supply chain process capability.When facing the increasingly fierce market competition at the present stage,enterprises should fully analyze the various links of supply chain process,shorten the supply chain time,reduce capital occupation,and realize the optimization of the whole process,so as to enable enterprises to face the fierce market competition more calmly and gain the leading position in the competition.This paper also analyses the problems existing in H company's supply chain management process,gives targeted solutions,and promotes them in H company.By extending the demand forecasting management to the client,and setting up the corresponding assessment mechanism for H company's corresponding plan managers,the problem of unclear forecasting responsibilities and powers can be solved.At the same time,the timeliness and accuracy of information transmission can be improved by improving the informatization ability.Through promoting ABC classification of inventory materials,we can realize the management of key materials,select excellent suppliers by comprehensive evaluation of suppliers,shorten the procurement cycle,improve the guarantee ability of market orders,and implement JIT procurement mode to reduce the inventory of each link,so as to enhance the procurement management ability of H Company.Through the implementation of warehouse age management,the warehouse age structure of inventory can be monitored,and the management mode of balanced delivery can be promoted to achieve production and logistics balance and reduce the inventory of logistics links.Through the improvement of demand planning management,purchasing management and inventory management in the whole supply chain process of H company,the whole supply chain management process of H company is optimized,the amount of inventory occupied by H company is reduced,the speed of capital turnover is increased,the profit is maximized,and the healthy operation of H company is supported.
