Study On The Optimization Of Supply Chain Procurement Management Of Enterprise A

As global competition continues to deepen,the business environment is becoming more and more complex.In the current global epidemic-ridden economic environment,China’s auto industry is facing unprecedented competition,prompting the competition among auto companies to rise from the initial brand competition,price competition and technology competition to the competition between supply chain and supply chain.In order to achieve absolute competitive advantage,it is necessary to seize the key link of procurement in the supply chain,and only continuous optimization of procurement management is the key to ensure that enterprises maintain a leading position in the fierce market competition.In this paper,we take Enterprise A,a large listed private automobile company,as the research object.This paper analyzes the current situation of procurement management of enterprise A.Firstly,it focuses on the outstanding problems of procurement management in the supply chain model of enterprise A,and analyzes and studies these problems.Secondly,according to the proposed problems in the current stage of parts procurement of enterprise A,the corresponding improvement ideas are pointed out:improving the procurement management process,material classification management,implementing supplier management countermeasures and strengthening logistics management.Finally,the guarantee measures for supply chain procurement management optimization are proposed from three aspects:organization guarantee,system guarantee and information guarantee.It is hoped that the research of this paper can play a certain guidance and reference role in the procurement management of enterprise A.
