Since China formally joined the WTO on December 11,2001,the automobile industry has made a series of remarkable achievements,from one of the most worrying industries at the beginning of China’s entry into the WTO to now one of the most exciting industries,with the production and sales ranking first in the world for three consecutive years.From the perspective of the overall development of the automobile industry,a large part of the total product cost is the purchase cost of parts.Supply chain management,as the focus of all sectors of society,is also the direction of the company’s management and development in the future.Especially in the automobile industry with wide industry scope,long supply chain,strong uncertainty and complex environment change,it will play a decisive role.This paper analyzes the current situation of China’s automobile supply chain and points out that the main factor affecting the efficiency of automobile supply chain is to seek short-term interests.Therefore,the lack of overall maintenance of the ability of chain enterprises,enterprise management level is uneven,information asymmetry.It has even greatly weakened the competitiveness of core automobile manufacturers in the financing market to improve their quick thinking ability and customer satisfaction.Because inventory is an important part of supply chain management.Therefore,part
