Torque is an important parameter in the operation of the internal curve hydraulic motor,which is also an important indicator to measure the performance of the internal curve hydraulic motor.In general,the torque of the internal curve hydraulic motor is detected using a torque sensor.There are many types of torque sensors.Generally,which are divided into two types.The first is based on shear stress.The torque sensor is used to measure the shear stress of the shaft to derive the torque of the hydraulic motor.However,the accuracy of this measurement is not accurate so that the resuit can not be used.In addition,The devices of the brushes are prone to wear during the operation of transmitting signals,which will affect the accuracy of measurement results;The second type is based on the torsional deformation of the shaft.Measuring the angular difference between the end faces and the torsional deformation of the shaft when the shaft is twisted,to calculate the torque of the output shaft.However,the transmission shaft needs to be disconnected when use this method.It is hard to measure.In view of the above situation,this paper has carried out in-depth research on the structure of the traditional internal curve hydraulic motor,and proposed a torque self-test internal curve hydraulic motor.Through the summary of the shortcomings of the traditional internal curve hydraulic motor to measure the torque,and in order to overcome these shortcomings,this topic has improved the stator of the traditional inner curve hydraulic motor,the stator is divided into two parts of the housing and the cam ring,and will The piezoelectric ceramic sensor is successfully placed in the housing,and the circumferential force of the cam ring is converted into the surface pressure of the piezoelectric ceramic sensor by the stopper.Thereby the torque of the inner curve hydraulic motor is accurately measured.Torque self-test internal curve hydraulic motor combines internal curve hydraulic motor and sensor,eliminating the need for a fixed inspection system,simple and practical,which can be widely used in related hydraulic systems.
