After introducing the testing technology of motor's torque and speed and the theory of motor's stable running, this paper develops a new motor's mechanical performance testing system, which is based on DAQ card and PC.The testing system centers on PC, and includes sensor, signal processing circuit, DAQ card and virtual panel. It can measure motor's mechanical performance quickly and correctly. The output signals from ZJ phase difference sensor display the motor's performance both speed and torque. The signal processing circuit consists of the amplification circuit, the comparison circuit, the frequency multiplier circuit and the phase discriminator. The circuit can convert two output analog signals from the sensor into two digital signals to DAQ card and PC. The ACL-7120 DAQ card has programmable counters to accomplish analysis of the signal. The virtual panel is designed by Borland C++ Builder.This paper introduces the technology of testing system, the theory of design, and the detail of system's hardware and circuit. It also introduces the detail of system's software and reliability. At last, it prospects the future with modern data acquisition system and virtual instrument. |
