A Study On The Structural Expression Of Old Industrial Buildings' Reuse From The Tectonic

In the context of national high-speed construction and development,industrial cities are in an important opportunity of development and transformation.The reuse of old industrial buildings is one of the important problems in the renewal and development of industrial cities.Many second-and third-tier industrial cities in China are facing the situation of industrial transformation.At present,the main problems existing in the reuse of old industrial buildings in China are single transformation mode and lack of architectural characteristics.In addition,due to the short time for the research on the development of China's industrial heritage protection and the reuse of old industrial buildings,many reuse strategies draw lessons from foreign developed countries,and domestic theoretical research is still lacking.Therefore,this paper chooses the "construction" theory as the guide and the structural expression in the reuse and reconstruction of old industrial buildings as the entry point for research.This paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion from three aspects: the use of architectural features for structural expression,the use of building materials for structural expression,and the attention to emotion and culture in the process of structural expression.Firstly,strategies and principles of structural expression in the reuse and reconstruction of old industrial buildings are put forward according to the theory.Combined with the old industrial building reconstruction cases at home and abroad for analysis and demonstration.In the fifth chapter,the author summarizes the strategy and method of structural expression in the reuse and reconstruction of old industrial building structure,and then carries out the planning and architectural structural expression design of an abandoned old industrial building factory in Daqing city,so as to achieve the theoretical and practical application research.Finally,this paper hopes to combine these strategies and principles proposed by the construction theory to broaden the design and development ideas of the reuse and transformation of old industrial buildings by highlighting the structural expression of old industrial buildings.
