Research On Progress Management Of A University Student Dormitory Construction Project

The development of private colleges and universities has always been in a state of self-sufficiency,and schools have a high degree of autonomy in the use of funds.But at the same time,it faces more difficulties,especially the funding for running schools is supported by student tuition.In recent years,the state has encouraged higher education institutions to expand the enrollment scale.When schools expand their enrollment,the construction of academic infrastructure is particularly important.The infrastructure of private universities directly affects the normal teaching order of the school and the stability of the campus.In addition to the relatively tight capital and the lack of financial support frorm the state,the project has a very short construction period at the time of project establishment.Therefore,the rationality of the project schedule and whether the project can be completed on time is very important.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the existing project progress management research results,this paper is aimed at the lack of project personnel,the shortage of funds,the unreasonable schedule,the high frequency of rework,the environmental protection problems,and the construction site.Management confusion and other issues,using WBS method to decompose work activities,based on past engineering practice experience to estimate the duration of activities,according to the linear programming method for the optimization of the duration-cost,using Gantt chart method to develop the project schedule.Through the key monitoring of the milestone project,the nodes with deviations between the actual progress and the planned progress will be studied,and the project schedule control will be carried out from the aspects of organizational structure,funding sources,schedule management,construction technology application,and environmental protection to ensure the completion of the A university student residences on schedule.For the infrastructure construction of private universities,the fund guarantee and project schedule planning are the two most important aspects,and should be controlled in the future infrastructure projects.
