YCZL Company Oil Depot Project Construction Schedule Management Optimization Research

This article mainly to YCZL terminal in project schedule management problems found in construction management research. Through to the schedule management methods, theoretical concepts such as review and analysis of specified in the construction of the project, the progress smoothly to good economic benefits brought by the project.In this paper, from the schedule management of organization, technology involved in the control, risk control and manage money into four aspects in the analysis of the problems. Pointed out that currently found in terminal schedule management organization overstaffed, complex process is slow, investment and allocation of resources can not meet the demand of the progress, the scene of the construction management, construction units and supervision units managers did not fulfill management responsibilities, on the perimeter of the risk control and the main problems of natural environment awareness is not strong, and at the same time, analyzes the causes of these problems, mainly due to organizational management and process design, capital chain is in short supply, the scene of the construction management level of consciousness, not the forecast of poor and the environment and other factors.Problem put forward and the analysis of the influence factors for terminal schedule management laid the foundation for establishing the lifting scheme, in this paper, the corresponding also proposed to establish full-time schedule management institution, establish and strengthen the process control, flexible management of personnel organization measures, such as using the WBS task breakdown and gantt chart the progress plan and other technical means to improve the schedule management level, through the investment of funds, effective use and the risk point in time to dodge to improve schedule management has played a very good support effect. Finally in order to guarantee the effective implementation of the lifting scheme, and respectively from four level organization, technology, capital, risk protection measures are put forward, and develop the process, in accordance with the company characteristics for the implementation of the plan late provide a comprehensive range of support and guarantee.
