In recent years,the frequency of geological disasters in Sichuan Province is increasing year by year,and the situation of disaster reduction and prevention is grim.It is particularly important to put forward an effective disaster prevention system suitable for mountain towns in China.In addition,because of the chain reaction of disasters,it is very easy to trigger the disaster chain,so it is necessary to elaborate on the multi-scale nature of the disaster prevention system.With the attention of the state to disaster prevention,the prevention and control of geological disasters in Sichuan Province is guided by the planning principle of "taking prevention as the main task,combining prevention and control,comprehensive management and comprehensive planning",and avoids and reduces a series of hazards of geological disasters as far as possible.As for the concept of disaster prevention,with the concept of "sponge city" and "elastic city",resilience,as a concept similar to elasticity,has also been introduced into the city's disaster prevention construction.The three elements of resilience,as the main idea of resilience concept,should first mitigate the impact of disasters or emergencies,and have the corresponding adaptability and resilience after disasters.Therefore,the main responsibilities of resilient cities include early warning,disaster buffering,rapid adaptation,rapid recovery after disaster,etc.However,the research on resilient cities in China is still in its infancy,and its content mainly involves in the evaluation of resilient cities.This paper attempts to improve the resilience of urban space based on multi-scale urban disaster reduction perspective.The research area selected in this paper is Shifang City,which is a typical mountainous town in Sichuan.By means of literature collection,field investigation and evaluation,software analysis and other research methods,the geological environment of Shifang City and the classification of its geological hazards are understood.Then,the problems faced by the disaster prevention space in Shifang City are systematically analyzed from multiple scales.On the basis of meeting the three elements of resilience,the framework of disaster reduction and prevention is put forward to provide corresponding strategies for the construction of the disaster prevention space.The research results are as follows:1)According to the engineering geological conditions of Shifang City and the types and distribution characteristics of geological disasters,establish the risk zoning of geological disasters in Shifang City,and clarify the threat level of each region of Shifang City;2)Starting from the resilience,propose a multi-scale disaster reduction prevention and control system for geological disasters based on the concept of resilience,and clarify the key points of disaster prevention and reduction under different scale regions;3)Macro level: starting from ecological resilience,establishing planning and prevention zones according to the risk of geological disasters in Shifang City,and proposing planning prevention and control,and clearly planning key areas for prevention and control;4)Meso level: starting from the choice of resilience of space,through research and network data,obtain the disaster avoidance space and road status of key areas in Shifang City,and use the spatial syntax Depthmap software to select the control degree and integration variable of the road for analysis,clear space and road selection priority;5)Micro level: Starting from the social and economic resilience,select typical disaster communities,analyze the hazard of disaster points according to the status quo of the base,clarify the prevention and control objectives,propose specific safeguard measures and preventive capacity construction,and propose corresponding strategies for the construction of evacuation sites.These constitute the main framework of urban space disaster reduction and prevention in Shifang City,and also elaborate disaster reduction and prevention strategies at different scales from the perspective of resilience,which is of great significance to the prevention and reduction of urban disasters in mountainous areas of China.
