Reasearch On Vulnerability And Disaster Reduction Optimization Method Of Urban Community Under The Concept Of Disaster Resilience

Urban community is the primary response unit of urban disaster.In view of the urgent need to improve the capacity of urban community disaster reduction,the introduction of disaster resilience concept for the promotion of urban community disaster reduction practice is of great significance.In this paper,we first discuss the theory of disaster resilience and its related theories.Based on the integration of relevant research in China and abroad on the basis of disaster resilience under the concept of community disaster reduction framework and community disaster reduction mechanism;disaster resilience under the concept of community disaster reduction methods are described in detail.Building community disaster reduction-oriented community has been widely promoted in the international community;to more comprehensive combing the practice of disaster reduction and to explore the fit disaster resilience concept with the current community disaster reduction time,this paper the theory and practice of community disaster reduction construction based on disaster reduction community construction are studied.The content and practice of the basic methods of disaster reduction in the construction of the community has been reflected in the conclusion,so disaster reduction community building can be further integrated with the concept of disaster resilience,so as to form urban communities with stronger disaster reduction capability and resilience and resilience.In this paper,the typical disaster reduction demonstration community in Beijing is taken as an example.Based on the case comparison,the disaster vulnerability of the community is analyzed based on the disaster mitigation framework under the concept of disaster resilience,and proposes the disaster reduction optimization method from three aspects,such as the concept of disaster reduction,the support system of disaster reduction and the strategy of community disaster mitigation,so as to provide useful reference for the research of urban community disaster reduction.
