Distribution network is the most basic facility to improve people’s livelihood who located in the end of the power system.It plays an increasingly important role in people’s daily life.With the gradual progress of the construction of the strong smart grid,more and more attention has been paid to the safe and reliable operation of distribution network for lifeline protection.In recent years,extremely external disasters occur frequently all over the world and the grid-connected distributed generation is becoming more and more common,which brings challenges to the safe and stable operation of distribution network.Therefore,it is particularly important to adopt effective and reasonable methods to improve the disaster response ability of distribution network with distributed generators.This thesis is based on the research and development of key technologies for situation awareness and disaster response of intelligent distribution network and the research of security defense and self-healing control methods of intelligent distribution network based on panoramic information.Starting from the analysis of distribution network disasters and the current research status of database development,a multidimensional data support system of distribution network is established.The establishment process of multidimensional data-support system is analyzed from the aspect of disaster information,the power grid information acquisition related,information analysis and information storage.Secondly,it analyzes the research status and research methods of distribution network resilience,establishes relevant evaluation indicators,and finally evaluates the resilience of distribution network from three aspects:before disaster,during the disaster and after the disaster.Finally establishes the resilience evaluation matrix.The disaster response ability of distribution network is determined as the evaluation objective and the comprehensive disaster resistance ability of distribution network is calculated based on the above elastic resilience evaluation results.Finally the online dynamic warning of distribution network is carried out according toThen,the implementation strategy of disaster prevention planning for distribution network is studied.Focusing on the research idea of disaster resistance planning,the disaster probability of planned routes with probability prediction bias is calculated,and the routes whichto be planned with disaster preference are selected.Combined with cost-benefit analysis,the resistance disaster planning model is established and the planning plan and process are put forward.Based on the current situation of a provincial distribution network in Liaoning,the case analysis and rationality verification are carried out.The results show that the disaster-resistant planning of distribution network can improve the reliability of power supply to a certain extent.Finally,the basic classification of existing disaster recovery algorithm is analyzed and the algorithm adopted in this paper is determined.Based on the goal of restoring the important load as the primary goal,the non-fault power loss area is divided and the mathematical model is established to maximize the important load recovery.Considering the access of emergency power supply,a new hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to solve the problem of disaster recovery.At the same time,the algorithm is validated by IEEE-33 bus system examples.
