In the past decade,with the growth of the "blowout" of the Chinese auto industry,the auto parts industry has also achieved rapid growth.However,over the past two years,the price of raw materials has risen and the export tax rebates have decreased.Most auto parts companies are under multiple pressures.With the changes in the external environment of the auto parts industry,many auto parts companies have begun to shift to a new type of customer-driven management model,and the most effective model to achieve this transition is supply chain management.While carrying out supply chain model innovation,auto parts companies need to solve a practical problem,namely how to ensure the consistency,timeliness and accuracy of parts arrival.Based on previous scholars' research,this article takes Bosch Automotive Parts Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Based on the analysis of supply chain inventory theory,supply chain replenishment decision theory and automotive parts supply chain theory,the paper elaborates on the Bosch TMI-HUB supply chain replenishment model,analyzes the feasibility of the replenishment model and its production.Relevant factors of important influence.Then,a more scientific and reasonable Bosch TMI-HUB replenishment mechanism model was constructed by example analysis method and system dynamics simulation method.Finally,a replenishment strategy selection tree was selected to assist Bosch in providing guidance.The results of the study indicate that implementing the Bosch TMI-HUB replenishment model can reduce the cost of the entire supply chain system by a minimum of 4.1%and a maximum of 45%compared to the traditional replenishment model.This replenishment model is economically and technically feasible.Secondly,in the dynamic environment,the replenishment lead time,safety stock calculation method,lead time forecast method and replenishment decision maker behavior factors all have an impact on the Bosch TMI-HUB replenishment mechanism.In general,it will lead to the supply chain system turbulence.At the same time,scientifically optimizing these influencing factors,the shock will slow down and stabilize.Finally,the strategy of combining decision-making information between the two parties has achieved relatively balanced performance in most environments.The upstream(supplier/HUB)-led strategy can achieve better supply levels in a more turbulent environment.The smooth trend forecasting method is more suitable for a more turbulent environment,and the quick response type forecasting method is more suitable for a more stable environment.
