Pipe system is indispensable equipment for marine.The conventional pipe for marine was composed of metal pipes,which had the disadvantages of poor corrosion resistance,hight weight and short service life.Therefore,marine pipe urgently needs a novel material pipe instead of metal pipe.The Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy(GRE)pipe has excellent structural properties such as corrosion resistance,easy molding,good seismic resistance,and long service life,which is the best substitute for metal pipe.GRE pipes for maine have the disadvantages of poor molding quality and low production efficiency,which is widely used in many fields such as oil and gas,transportation of seawater and aerospace,and which is the best substitute for metal pipe.At present,the molding of GRE pipe needs to be completed by a plurality of independent equipments such as winding machine,curing oven,and stripping machine,and there are problems such as poor molding quality and low production efficiency.Therefore,it is urgent to design a GRE pipe multi-station production line for marine,which is integrated with filament winding,internal heating curing and demoulding,to improve the molding quality and production efficiency of pipe products.The marine GRE pipe is made of glass fiber bundle and conductive carbon fiber impregnated resin,which are formed by filament winding,internal heating curing and demoulding.In order to achieve the automatic production of marine GRE pipe,the dissertation analyzes the molding process of marine GRE pipe,and designs mult-staition production line which is integrated with filament winding with mult-station,internal heating curing and demoulding.In order to make the winding patterns design of marine GRE pipe more precise and convenient,the uniformity of coincidence degree for carbon fiber bundles among the filament winding layers,and filament winding method based on parametric design is used to design and optimize the winding trajectory equation of marine GRE pipe mandrel.The hardware and software of the winding control system are designed,and the filament winding of marine GRE pipe is realized.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of molding for marine pipe,the internal curing system and multi-station sharing of a demoulding car mechanism are designed.The design of hardware and software for curing and demoulding control system are completed.The temperature control of curing process for marine GRE pipe is realized,and the molding efficiency is improved.The control system of multi-station production line for marine GRE pipe designed in this dissertation can realize the simultaneous winding and internal heating curing with mult-station for marine GRE pipe,and realize the automatic production of marine GRE pipe,thus solving the problems of poor molding quality and low efficiency of marine GRE pipe.
