Currently the main medium of hosts transmission lines is reinforcedconcrete towers and wooden poles, above-mentioned materials all have therespective defects, Such as too weight, not easy to transport; vulnerable to pests,perishable under the long-term erosion of the water. The composite conetelephone poles as a domestic emerging product, has high obvious advantagessuch as strength, corrosion resistance, light weight, good insulation, therefore, ithas much room for development in conveying the electrical line.The traditional two-axis winding machine has less degree of freedom, andthe Form of exercise is too simple.only wound the structure symmetrical oruniformly single product. Meanwhile, the traditional "outer solidified" having along time interval, low efficiency, bubble in the housing and other shortcomings,even stratification; emerging "inside solidified" process to achieve the qualityand efficiency of the composite shell molding, however,"inside solidified"process exist cause the entire housing asynchronous curing because of uneventemperature distribution of the core die surface, even have the quetionof thequality can not be guaranteed. Therefore need to develop a new type of insidesolidified multi-axis winding machine to complete the cone winding, realizedthe conical the glass steel wire rod industrialized manufacturing.This paper introduces the winding principle of four-axis winding machine.Through the analysis of the geodesic and non-geodesic stable winding law, toget the stable conditions of the yarn not slip and not driving empty under thepremise of non-geodesic winding, the results of mathematical derivation lay afoundation for each axis trajectory planning. Design a winding machine controlsystem based on the upper and lower computer structure of the IPC andembedded motion controller, using VC++to complete the host computerprogram development, communications via RS-232serial port with TRIO controller, the lower machine motion control program prepared by TRIOBASIC language, based electronic gear controller the car, outriggers, guidewirehead tracking spindle to realize the synchronization motion control. Establishedthe analysis model of internal steam temperature and flow field in mandrel, Thefinite element carried out numerical simulation analysis of the mandreltemperature field, And optimized the mandrel structure.Molding experiments show that: the tapered wire rod winding patternuniformity and stability, the control system has fast response, high precision,Achieve automated winding of tapered wire rod production. The mold heattransfer efficiency, and more uniform heat distribution after Structuraloptimization, achieve a synchronous uniform curing of a conical glass steel wirerod, improved the composite wire rod forming quality.
