Study On The Suitable Aging Of Public Space Renewal In Old Residential Areas In Jinan

At the beginning of the 21 st century,the world has entered the stage of population aging,which has triggered the shift of scholars’ research to "appropriate aging".China began to enter the aging society in 2000.Faced with the basic national conditions of getting old before getting rich and the pension pressure brought by the one-child policy,the government has issued various pension policies and explored pension countermeasures through various channels and forms.The research on "appropriate aging" in the field of architecture and planning has been carried out for more than ten years,mainly to introduce the relevant construction theories and experience in foreign countries or to conduct the research on the appropriate aging of residential areas based on the domestic first-tier cities with a high degree of aging development.Sixth national census in 2010 as a result,the Jinan level of population aging has been located in the country and its characteristics in addition to have the same as other big cities in common,also for the city’s construction,regional culture has some features,such as optimal aging update blindly reference or copy of other cities at home and abroad practice is not desirable,it is necessary to strengthen the Jinan old residential public space optimal aging research.Taking the old residential areas in Jinan city as an example,this paper firstly introduces the source of the topic,research background,research purpose,research significance,related concepts,research contents and methods,and takes the theory of place dependence,life circle and progressive renewal research as the theoretical basis to learn and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the theory and practice of age-appropriate words at home and abroad.Through observation,interview,questionnaire survey and other methods,the field survey of the old residential areas was conducted to analyze the composition and characteristics of the old residential communities,and the basic data of the elderly community’s satisfaction with the use of outdoor public space and public service facilities were obtained.This paper summarizes the problems of public space in old residential areas from two aspects of outdoor public space and public service facilities,and analyzes the problems in operation management and implementation of appropriate aging and renewal.It puts forward six principles and objectives of "old" as the basis,organic and progressive renewal,adaptation to local conditions,demonstration of cultural spirit,functional recombination and common participation.The renewal strategy was put forward from three aspects of outdoor public space,public service facilities and operation management to ensure the aging of public space in old residential areas of Jinan.Finally,the practicability of the appropriate aging strategy is verified by the practice of appropriate aging of the public space of branch road street community in Shi Zhong district,Jinan city.Through this article research,from the theory,technology,management and implementation of four aspects: common security update of aging,Jinan old residential public space to create livable for the elderly old residential areas,happy,safe,friendly exchanges between the public space,also for the similar optimal aging update old residential public space design and research to provide some reference and inspiration.
