An Analysis Of Professional Ability Of Maintenance Personnel In Kunming Aviation

The rapid development of civil aviation poses a new challenge to the maintenance personnel of the machine.However,there is still a shortage of maintenance personnel and the present situation of the quality of the maintenance personnel.This article takes the maintenance personnel of Kunming airlines as an example to make a DACUM analysis and questionnaire survey on their professional ability.Through the DACUM workshop,the ability fields of the maintenance personnel are divided into "learning machine maintenance","preventive maintenance risk","strict maintenance task" and "keep good regiment"."Team cooperation ","ability to read maintenance materials in English"," actively responding to emergency maintenance events "and" keeping good physical state "are the nine kinds,and through the investigation results analysis and related data inquiries,it is found that the Kunming aviation maintenance personnel have the English level,the emergency response ability,the lack of maintenance experience and the infirmness of knowledge mastery and physical spirit state.The problem is not reached.To solve this problem,the company should work together with the government and vocational schools.
