Research On The Landscape Design Of Xiangshun Tourism&Pension Community In Zhangjiakou

China's elderly population is absolutely large and growing rapidly.According to United Nations standards,China has entered an aging society in an all-round way.The aging of population in China presents such problems as accelerated aging,unbalanced aging structure between the sexes and unbalanced aging in regions.Based on the background of the aging society and the current upsurge of healthy and energetic elderly living for the aged,this paper explores the outdoor environment of the elderly living in and around the residential community.Firstly,starting from the research background of the topic,this paper analyses the rise of the residential pension behavior and the significance of developing the residential pension model,investigates the current situation of the residential pension community and analyses the key problems.From the relevant research on this topic abroad,we can further understand the development law of resident pension in the tourism market segments of European countries,and further control the pension needs of resident pension in China.Secondly,the outdoor environmental needs of elderly residents were investigated.The psychological behavior is investigated and analyzed by daily psychology and behavior,emotional psychology and behavior,communication psychology and behavior,consumption psychology and behavior,leisure psychology and behavior.To investigate the characteristics of special activities of the elderly: from the existing problems of activity time,activity content and activity space.From the investigation,the landscape design principles,landscape design requirements and landscape design patterns of residential pension community are obtained.Finally,according to the previous research and analysis,the outdoor landscape of the residential old-age community in Zhangjiakou area is designed in detail.The feasibility of developing residential pension in Zhangjiakou area is analyzed,the environmental characteristics of the project site are analyzed,and the overall layout design of functional layout,traffic flow,paving materials,lighting and other aspects is further carried out.It is hoped that through the analysis and Research on the outdoor landscape construction of Zhangjiakou residential pension community,it can provide some reference for the construction and transformation of residential pension projects in other similar areas,so that the elderly living in Zhangjiakou can have a happy old age life.
