Development Of Tower Crane Torque Sensor Based On Bow Plate

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,tower cranes(hereinafter referred to as tower crane)have been more and more widely used in construction,but its safety problems have also been followed,and more and more people pay attention to it.Torque limiter is the most important safety device on tower crane.Its reliability and stability are the keys to determine whether the tower crane can operate safely.But at present,there are many problems in the moment limiters on the market,such as the inability to display real-time moment,artificial failure,more errors or environmental interference.In this paper,based on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing mechanical and electronic torque limiters,a new type of tower-based torque sensor based on bow plate is developed.The main work is as follows:The structure of the moment limiter is designed with the pull ring of the double-ring weight sensor as the main part,and the dimensions of each part are determined by calculation.On this basis,a displacement sensor is designed at the position of the bow plate of the tension ring,and the specific structure and size are determined.The relative displacement of the bow plate can be converted into electrical signals.The reliability of the moment signal can be double-insured.At the same time,the anti-interference design of the tower crane torque sensor based on the bow plate is carried out.The development of the bow-type torque sensor system based on the bow plate is completed,not only can the torque signal be obtained by the weight and amplitude product,but also the real-time torque can be obtained by the displacement sensor,and the digital display can be performed through the display screen,and the two mutuallyverify the safety.Double insurance function.Developed a supporting remote platform to summarize and process the data uploaded by the tower crane torque sensor.The prototype test of tower crane torque sensor based on bow plate has been completed on the existing tower crane.
