In the construction of Urbanization, the tower crane is an indispensable tool, thesafely host and anti-collision safety is the main issue of safety. While the safely hostis rely on the load moment limiter, but there is a presetlock-point discrete distributionexists in the torque limiter, and load capacity between scatter vague question. Theanti-collision safetyis mainly counting on situation on the ground, which is rely on thelimit of activities restrictions of the sweep and pothook, while it has a greatly affect inefficiency. Therefore, this paper consideredthe above two issues and figured the wayout,the main work showas follow:Firstly, this paper research the background and present situation of the towercrane torque limiter, and proposed a fitting algorithm which is based on the Q-R curveregression analysis software, and achieved the high accuracy predict of the actual Q-Rcurve. Scatter the existing load data were segmented split, and the characteristics ofeach part of the work related to curve fitting, its credibility evaluation, confirmedfitting work related to the design requirements.Then, proposed a solution which is based on the optimization of energyconsumption and anti-collision. Relying on the Polygon model of obstacle avoidance,whileguided by the practical operation to avoid extra energy consumption, proposedthe establishment of avoidance buffer. Theavoidance methodsis based on thr situationof thesubsequent operations and the location of obstacles.Based on the regressionanalysis of the Q-R curve fitting and the energyconsumption anti-collision algorithm,this paper designedaintelligent torquelimiterwhich is based on C8051F330, andachievedthe fittingof the tower crane Q-Rcurve, load management and anti-collision function. Through a comprehensive systemdebugging and testingof the hardware and software, this systemachieved apreciselymanagement of actual carrying capacity, and improved the safety of thetower crane, while the anti-collision mechanism is operating normally, and achieved abetter energy saving goal.
