Application Research Of The Third Party Test And Inspection Agency Supervision Mode In Rural Road Quality Management

From the perspective of the whole country,poor construction quality and lax supervision of rural roads generally exist,which cannot meet the traffic demand of rural people and hinder the social and economic development of rural areas.It is one of the central tasks of the present rural work in China to solve the problem of difficult and expensive rural travel.Paper studied the current situation of rural highway,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of rural roads in construction,put forward in the quality of rural highway supervision is introduced into the management of the third party supervision,analyses the characteristics of the quality of rural highway management oversight,and put forward the suitable for rural highway management supervision over the quality of the third party test institutions supervision mode,and its use in practical engineeringThis paper studies the construction,maintenance and use of rural roads,and points out that the existing construction model can no longer meet the traffic demand;This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of project approval,design and quality management of rural roads,and puts forward that the quality management of rural roads should be carried out by introducing a third-party testing institution.This paper studies the application mode of the third-party testing institutions in the high grade highway and the super large bridge and tunnel.Through the current situation of the study,it is concluded that the quality management of rural roads has the problems of insufficient testing funds,low professional level of testing personnel and low management level.By comparing the quality management characteristics of rural highways with those of expressways,this paper puts forward the supervision methods of the third-party testing and testing institutions suitable for the quality management supervision of rural highways.The cost saving measures are put forward.The field engineering construction projects from qifeng to backmountain are selected for pilot application.The results show that after the introduction of third-party testing institutions for supervision,the acceptance rate and the excellent and good rate of the project have been greatly improved.At the same time,a group of professional technical personnel of engineering testing have been trained for the countryside,and good social and economic benefits have been achieved.
