Study On Rules And Management Measures Of Traffic Accident Occurrence On Suzhou Around-city Expressway

With the rapid development of highway construction,the continuous improvement of highway network,highway transportation convenience,fast and other advantages can be reflected.However,the high incidence and severity of highway traffic accidents have been paid attention to by the whole society.The highway accident prone sections often take a relatively high proportion of the number of traffic accidents.Based on the study of the accident prone Road,this paper puts forward the improvement measures,which provides the basis for the decision-making of the highway management unit.This paper analyzes the causes of traffic accidents from five aspects: human,vehicle,road,environment and management.Based on the analysis of the identification methods and improvement measures of the accident prone sections at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the applicability of each identification method,and determines the quality control method to identify the accident prone sections of Suzhou beltway.Based on the investigation of Suzhou city highway design document,the traffic accidents and traffic data collected in Suzhou Beltway within a certain period of time,according to the traffic accident location,time,weather and causes the distribution characteristics about Suzhou Beltway traffic accidents law.The identification of Suzhou Expressway accident prone sections of the quality control method for the identification of the accident prone sections of the proposed management measures such as increasing traffic accident information,additional warning signs and markings,improve pavement drainage.Finally,through the traffic accident and traffic data for a period of time to collect the accident prone road after the completion of the transformation period,compared with before the renovation of the traffic accident rate,to determine the implementation of management measures has an obvious effect.
