At present,my country is facing a new period of economic transformation and industrial transformation.The reform of the power system reform and engineering construction system has been deepened continuously,which has become an external requirement for the reform and development of power supervision enterprises.Supply-side structural reforms and the decline in investment in power construction have become the internal needs of power supervision companies for transformation and upgrading.Chuangcheng Electric Power Supervision Company(hereinafter referred to as Chuangcheng Company)was established in 1995.Its business is centered on the Pearl River Delta and covers the surrounding areas.For Chuangcheng Company,the challenges faced in the new period are unprecedented.The company needs to closely rely on the policy reform and market demand of China's power supervision,integrate the power supervision industry resources,enhance the comprehensive strength of power supervision,and provide more Excellent service.Taking reform as the starting point and goal,improve the overall management process of the enterprise,choose a development strategy that is consistent with the company's current operating situation,and improve the company's competitive advantage.This article studies the development strategy of Chuangcheng Company.The specific contents are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the current development of Chuangcheng Company.The main problems are: homogeneous competition,large staff mobility,difficult to effectively improve the level of project management,and the overall quality of personnel is low.The main reasons for these problems are:,The position of self-development is not clear enough,the strength of personnel construction isinsufficient,market factors restrict and insufficient funds.Secondly,this article analyzes the development strategy environment of the creation company.The results of the macro-environment analysis based on the PEST tool show that the policy environment is: the state is promoting power system reform and project construction system reform,and encourages qualified power supervision enterprises to develop to a higher level;the economic environment is:distribution network investment gradually exceeds the main Internet,leading to some vicious market competition,the industry's per capita output value has been declining year by year;the social and cultural environment is: lack of core competitiveness,social recognition is declining;the technological environment is:power supervision companies are developing in the direction of full-process consulting services,applying new technologies Improve the labor productivity of supervisors.The analysis of the competitive environment based on Porter's five-force model shows that the current competitive environment is deteriorating,and the supervision model is likely to be replaced by agent construction and project management consulting in the future.The internal environmental analysis results show that Chuangcheng has strong competitiveness in the industry.SWOT analysis results show that Chuangcheng should implement an expansionary development strategy,closely follow the national policy orientation and industry development direction,seize the opportunity,make full use of its own advantages,and become bigger and stronger.Finally,through the analysis of the large strategy matrix,it is concluded that Chuangcheng should implement an integrated strategy,establish a supervision asset operation platform,fully integrate and merge the supervision resources of the Chuangcheng company,and some upstream and downstream design,consulting and other enterprises to create the whole process.Engineering consulting company.After the completion of integration and merger and acquisition,improve the operation management of the enterprise,establish a market-oriented operation mechanism and incentive mechanism,actively expand the scope of supervision business,striveto expand the province and overseas markets,and seek business breakthroughs through technological innovation,and continuously improve the market competition after integrated merger and acquisition enterprises And strive to build an excellent and well-known full-process engineering consulting enterprise at home and abroad.
