Air pollution caused by urban economic development has attracted more and more attention.Due to poor ventilation,dust,bacteria,viruses and toxic chemicals in the air continue to endanger people's health.In many newly decorated houses,organic pollutants such as formaldehyde,benzene and TVOC often exceed the standard.The accumulation of indoor air pollution has caused more serious harm to human body.As an internationally recognized way of air purification,air purifier can effectively improve indoor air quality and reduce haze haze haze haze to children,the elderly and other vulnerable groups.This article describes the currently used air purification technology and compares the development trend of air purifiers in China and abroad.By analyzing and comparing the currently available small air purifier products and conducting a questionnaire survey on some residents in Beijing,I set up an evaluation system of small air purifier.After that,I bought six small air purifiers of hot sale and rate them through the evaluation system.From this,the principle design,structural design,module selection,and appearance design of the desktop negative ion air purifier were clarified,and prototype assembly was completed.In the end,I built an Acrylic Clean Laboratory silo.The prototype was subjected to six tests of negative ion concentration,PM2.5 purification rate,formaldehyde purification rate,ozone concentration,noise,and sterilization rate.According to the test results and the evaluation system,the prototype was improved.The performance of the formaldehyde purification rate is optimized,and future expansion capabilities of desktop negative ion air purifiers are anticipated.After detailed market research and sales analysis,the optimized second-generation products were mass produced in April 2017 and sold in June 2017 in Jingdong.Consumers responded well,with a favorable rate of 99.9%.In November 11,2017,Jingdong realized sales of 125 thousand yuan on the day of promotion.As an entrepreneurship project for my graduate students,the purifierhas sold more than 20,000 sets and earned more than 10 million yuan in operating income since it was started with 100,000 yuan in 2015.With the addition of other air purification products and household necessities such as activated carbon and nano-titanium dioxide except formaldehyde spray,the annual turnover of the enterprise has exceeded 20 million yuan,and the tax payment has reached nearly 3 million yuan.Thirty people have been employed,including 10 college graduates and 8 laid-off workers.In response to the call of national innovation and entrepreneurship,we should do our best for the society.
