As the Baocheng Railway realized the electrification of the railway on July 1,1975,and formed the first electrified railway in my country,my country has developed to an electrified railway in an all-round way.But at the same time, social development also puts forward higher requirements for my country’s railway transportation capacity, comfort, economy and convenience. Therefore,in today’s rapid development of the socialist market economy,it has become an urgent problem to implement electrification and capacity expansion of un-electrified lines in some relatively backward areas of national economic development. However, the electrification and construction of existing roads is an integral and complex process.Due to the need for multiple departments to work together, many coordination problems are prone to occur during the construction process, such as unreasonable construction organization and coordination of various departments.Unfamiliarity,etc.,these mistakes are easy to cause construction risks and lead to accidents, destroy the normal traffic order stipulated in the train operation map,and in serious cases will bring immeasurable economic losses. Therefore,in order to successfully complete the task of reconstruction construction, there are no small challenges in the control of construction safety risks.Based on the complexity of electrification renovation projects and the safety risks that are prone to occur during construction, this paper discusses the topic in order to promote and improve the safety measures of electrification renovation of existing lines.By consulting a large number of data and combining with the actual data of Jitong railway electrification renovation project,a risk evaluation system is established, the possibility of risks in the reconstruction construction process is measured, and the analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to intuitively and comprehensively evaluate the risks in the transformation construction process. From the comprehensive analysis of personnel, equipment and materials, environment and management factors, the key factors of risk control in the process of transformation implementation are found, and specific risk countermeasures are proposed for the links that are most prone to potential safety hazards, which provides further theoretical support for the safe implementation of the entire project.
