Research the design of kindergarten architecture from the perspective of the psychology of child development can make the design of kindergarten more humanized.Psychology of Child developmental is the most important component of the psychology of developmen.It has a decisive impact on the development of children’s physiology,cognition,sociality and personality.It has been applied in many fields,and has a certain guiding significance for practical design.Through the research and analysis of children’s developmental psychology,this paper deeply understands children from the aspects of personality,sociality,cognition and environmental impact,and draws four design principles of kindergarten architectural design based on children’s developmental psychology through theoretical derivation method,namely,development,communication,chaos and ecology.It also summarizes specific design strategies from the aspects of architectural image,space utilization,functional organization and environmental design,such as: multi-dimensional use of height difference in design,calling for creative and challenging design.It believes that the architectural image should not be too complex.It advocates the creation of audio-visual and natural ecological environmental experience.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the basic research part.Through introducing the research background,research purpose,research significance and the main framework of the paper,it leads to new methods and new perspectives of kindergarten architectural design based on the psychology of child development.The second chapter elaborates the concept of the psychology of child development,distinguishes it from other psychological disciplines,explains how it affects children’s development from the aspects of physiology,cognition,sociality and personality,and extracts the important viewpoints and core theories for research and analysis.In the third chapter,through the analysis of the important theoretical enlightenment of children’s developmental psychology and the related theory of kindergarten design,the author finds out the conjunction point between Kindergarten Design and children’s developmental psychology,and explains the relationship and influence between them.Chapter 4 puts forward four basic principles of kindergarten architectural design based on the psychology of child development,and summarizes the corresponding design strategies according to the basic principles.Specific design strategies are put forward from the general plane of kindergarten building,indoor and outdoor space,building facade and light environment.It is pointed out that the design of kindergartens should have cohesion,use a single element,restore the ecological nature,and bring children the experience of exploration.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospection.
